Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Greece: Q4 2021 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top five navigation apps on iOS in Greece exhibited varying trends in downloads, active users, and revenue. Here's a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps saw consistent weekly downloads, fluctuating between approximately 4.6K to 8K. October 18 marked the peak with around 8K downloads, while the lowest point was around 3.9K on November 22. The app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users ranging from about 242K to 265K. Notably, the highest active user count was around 265K in mid-October.

Moovit: All Transit Options experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at roughly 2K in late September and dropping to about 884 by the end of December. Active users also showed a downward trend, beginning at around 20K and falling to approximately 15.7K by the end of the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic had a relatively stable download rate, with weekly figures ranging from about 112 to 294. The highest number of weekly active users was around 10K in late December, while the lowest was approximately 8.4K at the end of November.

fuelGR showed modest download numbers, ranging from about 119 to 264 weekly downloads. The peak occurred in late October with around 264 downloads, while the lowest point was approximately 119 in mid-November.

Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps exhibited a stable download trend, with weekly downloads between approximately 132 and 223. Revenue figures peaked at about $366 in the week of November 22, while the lowest revenue was around $46 at the end of September. Weekly active users saw a gradual increase, peaking at approximately 405 by the end of December.
