Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Romania Q4 2021

In the fourth quarter of 2021, the performance of the top 5 navigation apps on iOS in Romania, according to Sensor Tower data, revealed diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $408 in the final week of November. Weekly downloads for the app showed a significant rise mid-quarter, reaching 351 in the week of November 22, while weekly active users saw a slight increase from 703 to 739 throughout the quarter.

Sygic Truck & RV Navigation saw a notable peak in weekly revenue of about $289 in the week of December 20. The app's weekly downloads also varied, with a peak of 147 in the week of November 1. Meanwhile, weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 242 and ending at 188 by the end of the quarter.

Bikemap: Bicycle Tracker & GPS had a high weekly revenue of around $291 at the beginning of the quarter, with a subsequent decline. Weekly downloads for the app decreased significantly, starting at 138 and dropping to 21 by the last week of December. Similarly, weekly active users also saw a decline from 540 to 410.

Circuit Route Planner showed consistent weekly revenue, with a peak of around $130 in mid-November. The app's weekly downloads varied, reaching a high of 104 in the week of November 1. Weekly active users also showed a steady increase, peaking at 214 in the same period.
