My Medibank saw a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 5.3K at the end of September and dropping to around 2.5K by the end of December. The active users for the app also fluctuated, beginning at about 9.6K and ending the quarter at roughly 6.9K.
My NRMA experienced an overall increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 6.2K in the last week of December. The number of active users showed a similar upward trend, growing from around 4.9K at the beginning of the quarter to approximately 9.3K by the end of December.
