Top 5 iOS Insurance Apps in Guatemala Q4 2021

During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 insurance apps on the iOS platform in Guatemala showed varied performance in weekly downloads, according to Sensor Tower data.

Ficohsa had a fluctuating download trend, starting at 111 downloads in late September, dropping to a low of 50 in the first week of October, and then experiencing a steady increase to 114 by mid-December. The app ended the quarter with 104 downloads in the final week of December.

Seguros G&T exhibited a relatively stable download pattern throughout the quarter. Downloads ranged from 44 to 69, with a few peaks and valleys. Notably, the app saw higher download numbers towards the end of the year, with 63 downloads in both the first and last weeks of December.

Seguros Universales experienced more variability in its download numbers. The app saw a peak of 44 downloads at the end of September, followed by a significant drop to 10 downloads in mid-October. Despite the fluctuations, the app managed to recover slightly, ending the quarter with 26 downloads in the last two weeks of December.

RPN had a lower but somewhat consistent download trend. After starting with no downloads in late September, the app saw a peak of 35 in the second week of October. The rest of the quarter showed minor fluctuations, with the app closing the year at 12 downloads in the final week of December.

Lastly, Aseguradora General had the lowest download figures among the top 5. The app began the quarter with 32 downloads in late September, followed by a decline and a series of small fluctuations. It saw a modest rebound in early December with 13 downloads and ended the quarter with 10 downloads in the final week.
