Top 5 Game Apps on iOS in Finland for Q4 2021

In the fourth quarter of 2021, the iOS gaming market in Finland saw notable performances from several top apps. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends for the top 5 games, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Clash Mini from Supercell experienced a significant launch week with around 204K downloads and a peak weekly revenue of approximately $29.4K in early November. However, both metrics saw a decline over the quarter, with downloads dropping to 812 by the end of December and revenue falling to about $907. Active users also saw a decrease, starting from 185.5K in early November to 36.2K in the last week of December.

Roni the Miner by Johannes Linnama had a strong initial week with around 35K downloads and revenue reaching $1.1K. However, downloads significantly decreased to 621 by the end of December, and revenue saw a similar decline, ending at $210.

Clash Quest, another title from Supercell, had a more stable performance. Weekly downloads peaked at 10.5K in early November but tapered off to 380 by the end of December. Revenue showed minor fluctuations, peaking at $1K in early November and ending at around $456. Active users maintained relative stability, hovering around 11K towards the end of the year.

Subway Surfers by Sybo Games ApS saw consistent engagement with weekly active users ranging from 45.6K to 61.2K. Downloads peaked at 5.3K in mid-December, while revenue reached its highest at $301 around the same period.

Lastly, Rocket League Sideswipe by Psyonix LLC, which launched in late November, had a promising start. Downloads peaked at 8.3K in early December but dropped to 1.8K by the end of the month. Active users saw a gradual increase, peaking at 22.3K in mid-December before settling at 17.8K towards the end of the quarter.
