Top 5 iOS Education Apps in Latin America Q4 2021

Throughout Q4 2021, the top five education apps on iOS in Latin America showed diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a breakdown of their performance according to Sensor Tower data.

Google Classroom experienced a noticeable decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 70K in late September and decreasing to about 24K by the end of December. Similarly, active users saw a significant drop from approximately 6.5M to 1.6M over the same period.

Duolingo - Language Lessons had a consistent performance in terms of revenue, averaging around $80K per week with a peak of approximately $206K in the last week of December. Weekly downloads fluctuated between 35K and 45K, while active users remained relatively stable, closing the quarter with 812K users.

Toca Boca World saw a steady increase in revenue, peaking at around $171K in mid-December. Weekly downloads also showed an upward trend, reaching 44K by the end of December. Active users grew from approximately 349K to 445K throughout the quarter.

Brainly: AI Homework Helper experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, starting at about $15K and ending at $395. Weekly downloads decreased from around 45K in late September to just under 5K by the end of December. Active users also saw a decline, dropping from approximately 728K to 158K.

Photomath maintained a steady weekly revenue, averaging around $1.8K throughout the quarter. Downloads dropped from approximately 47K to just over 5K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, declining from around 537K to 135K.
