During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 shopping apps on the Android platform in Russia showed notable trends in weekly downloads and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.

AliExpress: интернет-магазин had a dynamic quarter. Weekly downloads peaked at approximately 426K in early November, with a notable drop to around 198K by the end of November. However, there was a recovery towards the end of December, reaching about 312K. Active users also fluctuated, starting at around 2.4M at the beginning of the quarter, peaking at 5.8M in early November, and ending at approximately 4M.

Авито: квартиры, авто, работа maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter, with weekly downloads ranging from around 230K to 293K. Active users showed a slight decline, starting at roughly 21.6M and decreasing to about 19.6M by the end of December.

Wildberries experienced consistent growth in downloads, starting with about 250K in late September and peaking at approximately 300K in early December. Active users also increased steadily, beginning at around 14.5M and reaching a peak of 17.3M in mid-December, before slightly dipping to around 16.2M at the end of the year.

OZON: товары, одежда, билеты showed significant growth in downloads, starting at about 172K and peaking at 306K in mid-December. Active users followed a similar upward trend, starting at around 11.3M and reaching approximately 14.4M by the end of the quarter.
