During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top insurance apps on the Android platform in the United States showed varying performance in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a detailed look at the trends for the leading apps in this category.

Progressive witnessed fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at around 35K in early November, and closing the quarter with approximately 29K downloads in the last week of December. Active users for the app showed a slight decline from 467K at the beginning of October to about 448K by the end of December.

GEICO Mobile - Car Insurance maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, starting at 31K and ending at approximately 28K downloads per week. The app's active users saw a minor decrease from 430K in late September to around 410K by the end of December.

State Farm® showed consistent weekly downloads, averaging around 22K to 24K. The app's active user base remained stable, starting at 166K in late September and closing the quarter at roughly 172K active users.
