Based on data from Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five apps: Brainly: AI Homework Helper, Duolingo: Language Lessons, Photomath, Google Classroom, and Mathway: Scan & Solve Problems.
Brainly: AI Homework Helper experienced varied trends in Q4 2021. Weekly downloads saw a notable decline from about 524K at the start of October to around 48K by the end of December. Revenue spiked significantly in December, peaking at approximately $0.8K in the week of December 6. Active users also showed a decline, starting from roughly 11.2M in late September and dropping to 2.2M by the end of the quarter.
Duolingo: Language Lessons maintained a relatively stable performance throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads hovered around the 300K to 400K range, with a peak of approximately 439K in the last week of December.
