Top 5 Shopping Apps in Turkey Q3 2021

The third quarter of 2021 saw significant activity among the top shopping apps in Turkey. Here we analyze the performance of Trendyol: Fashion & Trends, getir: groceries, food&beyond, Hepsiburada: Online Shopping, letgo: Sell & Buy Used Stuff, and sahibinden #AlSatKiralaKesfet.

Trendyol: Fashion & Trends showed a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting with approximately 256K in late June and peaking at around 325K in mid-September. Weekly active users also saw a steady rise, reaching over 21M by the end of September.

getir: groceries, food&beyond maintained a consistent download rate, fluctuating between 200K and 274K throughout the quarter. Active users saw an upward trend, starting at 3.9M in late June and closing at roughly 4.1M by the end of September.

Hepsiburada: Online Shopping experienced a peak in downloads in early July with about 257K, then stabilized around 176K by the end of the quarter. Active users increased significantly from approximately 8.7M in late June to over 10.3M by the end of September.

letgo: Sell & Buy Used Stuff saw a slight fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting at around 131K and ending at 120K. Weekly revenue showed a gradual increase, closing the quarter at approximately $32K. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 3.3M throughout the quarter.

sahibinden #AlSatKiralaKesfet maintained a consistent download rate, peaking at about 146K in mid-August and ending the quarter around 111K. Active users saw a small decline from approximately 3.8M in late June to around 3.5M by the end of September.
