In Q3 2021, the top 5 navigation apps in Denmark demonstrated diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active user engagement, according to Sensor Tower data. Here’s a closer look at their performance.

Skippo experienced a decline in weekly revenue, starting at around $13K at the beginning of July and dropping to approximately $2.4K by the end of September. Weekly downloads followed a similar downward trajectory, beginning at 1.7K and decreasing to just over 500 by the end of the quarter.

Navionics® Boating from Garmin Italy Technologies S.R.L. saw its weekly revenue peaking at about $16.6K in mid-July before gradually declining to around $1.5K by the end of September. Weekly downloads for Navionics® Boating started at 427 and dropped significantly to 163 by the last week of September. Active users showed a peak of 848 in early August but declined to 520 by the end of the quarter.

Traffic Alarm - Drive safely! maintained relatively stable weekly revenue, fluctuating between $3K and $5K throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads varied, starting at 826 and ending at 631. Active users remained relatively consistent, ranging from 2K to 2.4K over the three months.
