Service Victoria saw fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at around 64K at the beginning of July and dropping to approximately 28K by the end of September. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, with a peak of about 654K in late July and ending the quarter with around 628K active users.

Service NSW had a variable download trend, peaking at nearly 59K downloads in mid-July and tapering off to about 24K by the end of September. Active users consistently increased, starting from around 540K at the beginning of the quarter and reaching approximately 693K by the end of September.
