Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Turkey: Q3 2021 Performance

In the third quarter of 2021, the leading navigation apps on iOS in Turkey demonstrated diverse performance metrics in terms of downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the weekly trends for these top five apps.

Google Maps maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at approximately 137K in mid-July. Despite fluctuations, downloads remained robust, averaging around 79K weekly. Active users saw a slight decline from 6.7M at the start of the quarter to 6.3M by the end of September.

Yandex Navi – navigation, maps experienced a steady performance in downloads, with a peak of 22K in mid-July and a consistent average of 15K to 16K downloads per week. Active users showed a slight decrease from 532K at the beginning of the quarter to 487K by the end.

Moovit: All Transit Options saw a significant increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, reaching nearly 19K in the last week of September. Active users mirrored this upward trend, starting at 108K and rising to 189K by the end of the quarter.

Mobiett had a moderate but steady increase in downloads, peaking at around 10K in the final week of September. Active users also saw growth, starting at 87K and climbing to 133K by the end of the quarter.

Qibla Finder, Qibla Compass AR maintained a consistent download rate, with a notable increase to 6.3K in mid-July and finishing the quarter with approximately 4.7K downloads weekly. Active users remained stable, ranging from 15K to 17K throughout the quarter. Revenue showed minor fluctuations, peaking at $31 in mid-September.
