In Q3 2021, the top 5 finance apps on iOS in Latin America showed significant activity. Here's a closer look at their performance trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Nubank: Conta, Cartão e mais experienced a strong quarter with weekly downloads ranging from 108K to 146K. The highest number of downloads was around 146K in the week of September 6. Active users saw a gradual increase, starting from approximately 5.1M at the beginning of the quarter and peaking at around 5.7M in early September before slightly decreasing to 5.5M by the end of the quarter.

Mercado Pago: cuenta digital maintained a steady download rate, with weekly numbers oscillating between 69K and 80K. The highest downloads were recorded at 80K in early August. Active users showed a consistent rise throughout the quarter, beginning at roughly 2.3M and ending at around 2.4M by the end of September.

Banco PAN had varied weekly download numbers, peaking at approximately 97K in late August and experiencing a low of around 39K downloads by the end of September. Active users fluctuated but generally increased from about 427K at the start of the quarter to 480K by the end.

PicPay: Conta, Cartão e Pix saw weekly downloads ranging from 50K to 59K, with the highest downloads occurring in mid-September. Active users demonstrated slight variations, starting at around 1.8M and closing the quarter at approximately the same level, with minor fluctuations in between.

C6 Bank: Cartão, conta e mais! showed a consistent weekly download pattern, with numbers ranging from 41K to 58K. The peak was in late July with approximately 58K downloads. Active users increased from about 633K at the start of the quarter, reaching around 763K by the end of September.
