Top 5 Finance Apps on iOS in Algeria Q3 2021

In the third quarter of 2021, the top five finance applications on the iOS platform in Algeria showcased varied performance trends. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the weekly downloads and active user patterns for these popular apps.

BaridiMob from Algérie Poste demonstrated a steady increase in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting with 721 downloads in the last week of June, the app experienced a consistent rise, peaking at 946 downloads in the week of September 20. This upward trend was maintained as the quarter ended with 931 downloads.

The Paysera Super App also saw significant growth in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads started at 414 in late June and increased steadily to reach 723 by the week of September 20. Active users followed a similar trend, increasing from 4.7K in late June to 5.9K by the end of September, indicating strong user engagement.

PayPal - Pay, Send, Save showed a notable spike in downloads mid-quarter, with a peak of 717 downloads in the week of July 19. Active users also saw an increase, growing from 1.3K in late June to 2K by the week of September 20, reflecting a steady rise in user base.

BRD Bitcoin Wallet experienced the most fluctuations in downloads and active users. Downloads saw a significant spike, peaking at 1.4K in the week of September 13 before dropping to 20 by the end of the quarter. Active users mirrored this pattern, with numbers increasing to 1.5K in mid-September before declining to 752 in the final week.

Lastly, Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto maintained a relatively stable trend in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads hovered around the 200 mark, peaking at 257 in late August. Active users remained consistent, starting at 645 in late June and reaching 762 by the week of September 6 before slightly dipping to 698 by the end of the quarter.
