Top 5 Android Insurance Apps in Bahrain Q3 2021

The third quarter of 2021 saw varied performance trends for the top insurance applications on the Android platform in Bahrain. Below, we delve into the weekly downloads and active user metrics for these apps, showcasing data from Sensor Tower.

Smart Takaful from Takaful International Co. BSC had a relatively stable quarter. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at 177 and ending at 216. The mid-quarter saw a slight dip, with the lowest downloads recorded at 113 in the week of July 19.

GIG GO showed a significant increase in weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter. Starting at 94 downloads, it reached a peak of 117 in the week of August 23 and ended the quarter on a high note with 111 downloads in the final week.

MyGIG GULF experienced a notable surge in downloads during September. Weekly downloads spiked to 266 in the week of September 6, up from just 5 in mid-August. However, the downloads dipped to 26 by the end of the quarter.

Gulf Union Insurance had a more modest performance with weekly downloads ranging from 25 to 112. The highest downloads were observed in the week of July 26, while the lowest were recorded in the final week of September.

GlobeMed Fit saw steady weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting from 25 downloads, it experienced a peak of 70 in the week of July 12, and concluded the quarter with 39 downloads.
