SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting at around 42K and experiencing a dip to 29K by the end of May. However, it rebounded to approximately 39K by the end of June. The app's weekly active users showed a steady increase from 315K to 362K throughout the quarter.
For Takealot - Mobile Shopping App, weekly downloads began at 39K and decreased to 31K by the end of June. Despite this, weekly active users demonstrated resilience, climbing from 422K to 459K during the same period.
Wish: Shop and Save experienced an upward trend in weekly downloads, peaking at 37K in late April before settling at around 32K in June. Its active user base showed consistent activity, maintaining figures between 67K and 78K.
Checkers Sixty60 recorded a notable increase in weekly downloads, reaching 32K by the end of June. The app's active users also rose significantly from 194K to 226K throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Mr Price App had a mixed performance, with downloads initially increasing to 25K in late May before dropping to 14K by the end of June. Active users showed a general upward trend, peaking at 86K in late May before settling back to 70K.
