Top 5 Navigation Apps Performance in Turkey Q2 2021

During the second quarter of 2021, the top navigation apps in Turkey showed varying trends in weekly downloads, active users, and revenue. Here's a detailed look at the performance of each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps demonstrated significant growth in weekly downloads, starting at around 46.3K in late March and peaking at approximately 83K in the week of June 21. Active users also saw a notable increase, rising from 5.2M in late March to 6.8M by the end of June.

Yandex Navi – navigation, maps exhibited a steady upward trend in weekly downloads, beginning at 31.7K in late March and reaching about 56.4K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar pattern, increasing from 1.5M to 1.8M over the same period.

Moovit: All Transit Options saw a substantial rise in weekly downloads, growing from 16.9K in late March to nearly 39.1K by the end of June. The app's active user base also expanded, moving from 218K in late March to approximately 267K at the end of June.

TKGM Parsel Sorgu experienced moderate increases in both weekly downloads and active users. Downloads grew from 22.8K in late March to about 29.5K in the week of May 31. Active users saw a slight increase from 148K to around 160K during the same period.

Qibla Finder, Qibla Compass AR showed fluctuating trends in weekly downloads, with a notable peak at 32.3K in mid-April before stabilizing around 7.3K at the end of June. Weekly revenue remained relatively stable, averaging around $50 per week.
