Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Latvia Q2 2021

In the second quarter of 2021, the top 5 navigation apps on iOS in Latvia demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and revenue. Here's a detailed look at how each app fared during this period.

Google Maps maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter. Downloads fluctuated between approximately 900 and 1.4K weekly, peaking at around 1.4K in the last week of May. Despite the steady download numbers, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic showed a gradual increase in downloads, particularly towards the end of the quarter. Starting at 614 downloads in the first week of April, it reached a high of 1.1K in the third week of June. Similar to Google Maps, Waze did not record any revenue throughout the quarter.

Neste experienced a significant drop in downloads from the beginning to the end of the quarter. Initial downloads were high at 1.9K in late March, but they decreased steadily, hitting a low of 131 in mid-June, before slightly recovering to 249 by the end of June. Neste also did not generate any revenue during this period.

Geocaching® had modest download numbers, with a notable decline over the quarter. Downloads started at 220 in late March but fell to 55 by the end of June. The app, however, consistently generated revenue, peaking at $343 in late April and gradually declining to $218 by the end of June.

Finally, InOut Queues saw fluctuating download numbers throughout the quarter. Starting at 62 downloads in late March, the app experienced several peaks and troughs, ending the quarter at 79 downloads. Like many of the other apps, InOut Queues did not record any revenue during this period.
