As the second quarter of 2021 wraps up, we at Sensor Tower have taken a look at the performance of the top MMORPG applications on the iOS platform in Australia. The data reveals interesting trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these popular games.

Fate of the Empress saw a significant spike in revenue, climbing from around $2K in the last week of March to a peak of $7.2K by the end of June. Downloads started at 7K but showed a declining trend, ending the quarter with approximately 2.4K. Meanwhile, weekly active users decreased over time, from 8.7K to 5.8K.

Yong Heroes experienced a surge in revenue throughout the quarter, starting at $2.2K and reaching up to $11K in the week of May 24th. Downloads remained at zero until mid-April but then saw a rise, peaking at nearly 3K in the same week. The game's active users showed growth, reaching nearly 3K by the end of May but then dipped to just under 1K by the close of June.

RuneScape, released mid-June, entered the market with impressive numbers. In just two weeks, revenue was reported at over $6K, with downloads starting strong at 7.7K and active users at 7K, though both showed a slight decrease by the end of June.

Dragon Raja had a mixed performance, with revenue fluctuating between $1.8K and $7.5K. Downloads began at a modest 222 but rose to 832 in mid-May before falling again to 285 by the end of June. The weekly active users showed an overall increase from 769 to 1K.

Lastly, School of Dragons had a steady revenue, peaking at $3.1K in early April and ending the quarter at $2.2K. Downloads remained fairly consistent, with a slight increase from 458 to 598. The game's active users saw little change, starting at 2.2K and growing to 2.4K by June's end.
