In the second quarter of 2021, the top five finance applications on iOS in the Middle East showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the weekly trends of these leading apps.

AlRajhi Mobile saw a dynamic quarter with weekly downloads peaking at around 52K in late April and maintaining a steady rate around the 40K mark through most of the quarter. Active users fluctuated but remained strong, starting at about 2.49M in late March and ending at approximately 2.53M by the end of June.

stc pay experienced notable surges in downloads, especially in mid-April and early May, reaching peaks of roughly 53K and 87K respectively. Active users showed a steady increase, growing from about 218K in early April to approximately 233K by the end of June.

PayPal - Pay, Send, Save demonstrated consistent growth in downloads, with a significant spike in mid-June reaching nearly 90K. Active users also saw a substantial rise, from around 35K in late March to a high of approximately 144K by late June.

Emkan Finance showed a steady increase in downloads, hitting a high of around 45K in mid-April. Active users grew consistently, starting at about 15K in late March and reaching approximately 79K by the end of June.

Lastly, SNB AlAhli Mobile had a stable performance with downloads peaking at around 27K in late June. Active users remained robust, starting at about 523K in late March and ending at approximately 518K by the end of the quarter.
