Top 5 Finance Applications on iOS in Egypt Q2 2021

In the second quarter of 2021, the top five finance applications on iOS in Egypt exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared:

NBE Mobile experienced a fairly consistent download rate throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads ranged from around 2.3K to 3.7K, peaking at approximately 3.7K in the final week of June. Active users showed a steady increase, starting at 37.7K at the end of March and rising to over 40.2K by the end of June.

myfawry saw fluctuating download numbers, with a notable dip in mid-April to 2.3K but recovering to a peak of about 4.6K in early April. Active users displayed a generally upward trend, beginning at 26.7K at the end of March and reaching nearly 24.5K by the end of June.

Lucky ONE had a varied download performance with significant spikes in mid-April and early June, reaching up to approximately 3.7K downloads in early June. Active users saw a peak of around 14.3K in early June but decreased to about 12.6K by the end of June.

BM Online maintained a steady download rate, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 1.3K and 2.4K. Active users increased from around 16K at the end of March to approximately 18.4K by the end of June.

CIB Egypt Mobile Banking showed a steady growth in downloads, peaking at around 2K in the final week of June. Active users also grew significantly, starting at 38K at the end of March and reaching over 40.3K by the end of June.
