Top 5 Parenting Apps on Android in Mexico: Q2 2021

In the second quarter of 2021, the top five parenting apps on the Android platform in Mexico showed varied trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Storybook: Calm Bedtime, Sleep from Familify® - Kids Sleep Health & Early Stimulation had a notable quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $726 in mid-June, while weekly downloads reached around 6.4K by the end of June. Active users saw a steady increase, culminating in about 5.3K in the last week of June.

Manage Zee by Sentinel Zee Inc., despite being a newer entrant, experienced a gradual rise in weekly revenue, peaking at $623 in late May. Weekly downloads showed a fluctuating pattern, with a high of 208 in mid-June.

Kinedu: Baby Development from Kinedu, a local favorite, saw its highest weekly revenue of $605 in mid-April. Weekly downloads were highest in late May at about 4.5K. Active users, however, saw a decline from around 20.8K at the start of the quarter to 15.7K by the end of June.

Speech Blubs: Language Therapy by Blub Blub Inc. had a mixed quarter. Revenue spiked at $898 in mid-April, while weekly downloads peaked at approximately 11.5K in early April. Active users saw a sharp rise to about 10.1K in early April but gradually declined to 487 by the end of June.

BabySparks - Development Activ from BabySparks experienced consistent performance with a peak weekly revenue of $379 in late June. Downloads surged to around 1.8K in the last week of June, and active users increased steadily, reaching about 3.8K by the end of the quarter.
