In the second quarter of 2021, the MMORPG genre saw notable activity on the Android platform in Oceania. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top 5 MMORPG applications based on data from Sensor Tower.

MapleStory M - Fantasy MMORPG experienced an upward trend in weekly revenue, peaking at around $18.2K in early June. Weekly downloads saw a significant increase, reaching 607 in the last week of May. Weekly active users, however, saw a decline from 1.3K at the end of March to approximately 980 by the end of June.

Dragon Raja showed fluctuating weekly revenue, with a high of $9.1K in mid-April. The app's downloads peaked at 1.1K in the same period, and weekly active users saw a rise to 2K before dropping to just above 1K by the end of the quarter.

Old School RuneScape maintained steady weekly revenue, averaging between $5K and $6K throughout the quarter. Downloads remained relatively stable, hovering around 300 per week. Weekly active users started at 7.1K in late March and decreased steadily to 5.4K by the end of June.

MU Origin 2 had consistent weekly revenue, generally around $5K, with a slight dip in early June. Downloads remained low, ranging between 50 and 100, while active users started at 302 in late March and dropped to 220 by the end of the quarter.

Guardians of Cloudia, launched in late May, saw a strong start with revenue peaking at $15.4K in early June. Downloads initially spiked to 3.2K but fell to 557 by the end of June. Active users saw a sharp decline from 3.1K in late May to around 1.2K by the quarter's end.
