Service NSW experienced a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting strong with approximately 146K downloads in the last week of December 2020 and seeing a dip to around 65K by late February 2021. The app's weekly active users peaked in mid-January at over 800K, maintaining a relatively stable trend for the rest of the quarter.
Google Chrome, while not generating revenue, maintained a steady presence with downloads hovering around the mid-20K range for most of the quarter. Weekly active users stayed robust, with nearly 8M active users at the year's start, slightly decreasing to just under 8M by the end of March.
