Top 5 Apparel Apps in Latin America Q1 2021: Sensor Tower Insights

As the first quarter of 2021 comes to a close, we've seen remarkable engagement with apparel applications in Latin America. Sensor Tower provides a comprehensive look at how the top five apps in this category performed on a unified platform.

SHEIN - Shopping Online maintained a strong lead with downloads peaking at over 1.2M in the last week of March, despite a slight dip to around 800K downloads in mid-February. The weekly active users reflected a healthy upward trend, growing from approximately 6.7M at the end of December to over 10.6M by the end of March.

The adidas app saw its downloads fluctuate, starting at around 154K in late December and closing the quarter with about 74K downloads. Active users showed resilience, with a slight increase from approximately 963K to 897K over the same period.

ROMWE - Ultimate Cyber Mall experienced a high in early January with downloads reaching approximately 138K. However, this figure gradually declined to around 86K by the end of March. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at around 311K and ending the quarter with over 343K.

PatPat - Kids & Baby Clothing downloads showed a significant spike in late January, reaching nearly 96K, followed by a high of around 122K in early February. Active users mirrored this growth, increasing from around 77K to over 233K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Floryday - Shopping & Fashion downloads started strong at over 143K, but saw a decrease to approximately 40K by the end of March. Weekly active users followed a similar downward trend, from about 227K to 137K.
