Music/Rhythm iOS Apps in Europe: A Q1 2021 Snapshot

The first quarter of 2021 has shown varied performance trends for the top Music/Rhythm iOS applications in Europe. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers a closer look at the downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for each of these leading apps.

Amanotes Pte. Ltd.'s Magic Tiles 3: Piano Game saw a decline in downloads from 246K in the last week of December to 125K by the end of March. Revenue also saw a downward trend, starting at approximately $44K in the last week of December and ending at around $35K in the last week of March. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, with a drop from 1.36M to approximately 1.16M in the same period.

Another of Amanotes Pte. Ltd.'s offerings, Tiles Hop: EDM Rush!, also experienced a decrease in downloads, starting at 173K and finishing the quarter at around 75K. Revenue trends showed a slight dip from $19K to $16K, while weekly active users decreased from 815K to 627K.

From the house of Ubisoft, Just Dance Now started the quarter with downloads at 54K, which saw a significant peak to 57K in the last week of March. The revenue pattern was more fluctuating, starting at $26K, dipping to around $15K in early March, and then spiking to $24K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users showed a decline overall, from 99K to 89K.

Gismart Limited's Piano Keyboard & Music Tiles showed a relatively stable performance in terms of downloads, beginning and ending the quarter around 12K. However, weekly active users saw a decrease from 29K to 20K.

Lastly, Easybrain's Drum Pad Machine - Beat Maker experienced a decline in downloads from 48K to 22K. Revenue saw a downward trend from $13K to $9K, with weekly active users also decreasing from 200K to 122K.
