Using data from Sensor Tower, we've observed the performance of the top five MOBA applications in the United States during the first quarter of 2021. Here's how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Supercell's Brawl Stars showed a fluctuating revenue trend with a peak of over $1M in early February before settling at around $918K by the end of March. Downloads remained fairly consistent, ranging between 41K to 55K weekly, while weekly active users saw a growth from 1.9M to 2.1M over the quarter.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, from Shanghai Moonton Technology, also experienced revenue fluctuations, starting at $426K and reaching a high of $586K mid-March, ending the quarter at $419K. The game's downloads showed a slight decline over time, from 15K to 12K, but active users increased from 200K to 231K.
