The first quarter of 2021 has shown interesting trends for the top dating applications on the Android platform in Europe. Sensor Tower's comprehensive data highlights the performance of these apps in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Tinder Dating app. Meet People, a leading player in the dating app market, saw consistent revenue throughout the quarter, with a peak of over 800 thousand in the last week of December and the first week of March. Downloads started strong at over 200 thousand but showed a downward trend, ending the quarter with around 200 thousand. Weekly active users remained robust, starting at 8 million and peaking at over 8 million users in mid-March.

Azar - video chat & livestream's revenue fluctuated, with a high of over 400 thousand in the last week of December, dipping to around 300 thousand towards the end of the quarter. Downloads showed a declining pattern from 140 thousand to around 120 thousand. The app's weekly active users also decreased from 1.2 million to just over 1 million.

LOVOO - Singles, Chats & Love experienced a revenue trend that varied, starting at 200 thousand and dipping to 160 thousand in mid-March before rising again to near 200 thousand. The download numbers for LOVOO began at approximately 50 thousand and saw a decrease, ending at around 40 thousand. Active users showed a slight decline from 1.1 million to just under 1.2 million.

LivU - Live Video Chat witnessed its revenue start at around 180 thousand and experience ups and downs, concluding the quarter at about 170 thousand. Downloads peaked at over 100 thousand in mid-January, then dropped significantly to around 40 thousand. Weekly active users saw a peak of nearly 700 thousand in mid-January but ended the quarter with just under 500 thousand.

Badoo: Dating. Chat. Meet. showed consistent revenue throughout the quarter, hovering around 160 thousand to 180 thousand. The app's downloads remained relatively stable, starting at over 200 thousand and ending the quarter with a similar figure. Weekly active users for Badoo increased from 7 million to nearly 8 million, showing a positive trend.
