As Q4 2020 wrapped up, the performance of shopping apps on the unified platform in Brazil presented some interesting trends. Sensor Tower's latest data offers a snapshot of user engagement across these popular applications.

AlfredCamera Home Security app showed a significant increase in downloads, starting at 28K in late September and peaking at 36K in early October. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, beginning the quarter at 145K and reaching a high of 163K in October. The app's revenue also saw a rise, with a notable jump from $670K in mid-December to $921K by the year's end.

For Buy and sell - Marketplace, downloads remained relatively stable, hovering around the 2K to 3K mark throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users saw a gradual increase, starting at 8K and rising slightly to just above 8K by December. Despite some fluctuations, the revenue for this app showed an overall downward trend, concluding the quarter at $98K.
