As the year 2020 wrapped up, the MMORPG genre continued to captivate gamers across Latin America, with several top titles showing substantial activity on the unified platform. Sensor Tower's data offers a glimpse into how these games fared in the fourth quarter.

Forsaken World:Gods and Demons, released by Perfect World from China, showed a strong start post its November release with downloads peaking at 138K in the second week of November before tapering to 8.6K by the year's end. The game's weekly active users surged to a high of approximately 110K in early December, subsequently declining to 39K. Revenue followed a similar pattern, with an initial spike to $8.7K and a decrease to around $4.6K towards the close of the quarter.

From South Korea's Pearl Abyss Corp., Black Desert Mobile remained a strong contender with its highest revenue recorded at $25.6K in the last week of December. Downloads saw a remarkable rise to 149K in the same period, while weekly active users reached an impressive peak of 362K.

US-based AppForge Inc.'s Dino Tamers: Jurassic MMORPG experienced significant growth in downloads, culminating at 93K in the final week of December, and active users reached a peak of 91K. Although revenue figures were modest, the game still saw an upward trend, ending the quarter at around $273.

A3: STILL ALIVE, from Netmarble Corporation of South Korea, had an explosive debut with downloads hitting 286K in its launch week, but saw a decrease to 2.4K by the quarter's end. Weekly active users followed a downward trajectory from 166K to around 13K. Revenue peaked at $13.3K in mid-November but fell to just under $4K by the close of the quarter.

Lastly, School of Dragons by Knowledge Adventure (US) saw consistent engagement throughout the quarter. Downloads increased steadily, reaching 31K in the last week of December, and the game's active users grew to 174K. Revenue also saw a notable rise, ending at $2.6K.
