Despite this, the app maintained a strong weekly active user count, peaking at 1.3 million in late September and ending the quarter with a similar figure.

Progressive also witnessed variability in its downloads, with an initial count of 90 thousand that decreased to around 70 thousand by December. The app's active users remained above 1.1 million throughout the quarter, although a slight decline was noted towards the end of December.
