As the year 2020 drew to a close, Europe's dating app scene witnessed fluctuating user engagement and download trends. Tinder: Chat, Dating & Friends maintained a strong presence with weekly revenues peaking at $5.3M in late December. Downloads saw an upward trend, culminating at 395K in the final week of December. The app's weekly active users, however, showed a downward trajectory, falling from 14.4M to 13.6M over the quarter.

Hyperconnect LLC's Azar - Video Chat experienced a progressive increase in revenue, finishing the quarter with $1.2M in the last week of December. The app's downloads grew impressively, reaching 248K in the same period. The weekly active users count showed a slight growth, ending at 1.8M.

Badoo: Dating. Chat. Friends, hailing from the United Kingdom, had consistent revenues around $850K to $960K in the final weeks of the quarter. While downloads dipped in mid-quarter to 306K, they rebounded to 350K by the year's end. Active users saw a slight decline from 9.5M to 9.4M.

LOVOO - Dating App & Chat App, with its origins in Germany, showed revenues oscillating around the $500K mark towards the end of Q4. Downloads remained fairly stable, with a slight uptick to 85K in the last week. The app witnessed a slight decrease in weekly active users, concluding the quarter at 1.6M.

Finally, Bumble: Dating & Friends App observed revenues around the $400K range, with an end-of-quarter revenue of $399K. Downloads for Bumble saw an increase, ending the quarter on a high note at 92K. The app's active user base fluctuated, ultimately rising to around 1.8M in the final week.
