In the fourth quarter of 2020, the apparel category saw significant activity among its top applications in the United States. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into the performance of these apps on a unified platform, encompassing both iOS and Android users.

SHEIN - Shopping Online maintained a robust download trend, starting the quarter with 257K downloads and peaking at 379K in late November. Despite zero reported revenue, the app's weekly active users showed an upward trend, beginning at 4.45M and reaching a high of 5.28M towards the end of November.

Nike: Shoes, Apparel, Stories, another major player, experienced a surge in downloads, climbing from 141K to a peak of 418K in the week of November 23. The weekly active users count followed a similar pattern, starting at 2.25M and reaching a high of 3.10M by the end of November.

The Nike SNKRS: Sneaker Release app saw its downloads nearly triple from 65K to 199K in the week of October 26. Active users also peaked in early December at 1.5M, marking a significant rise from the 1.11M at the quarter's outset.

GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel showed a steady increase in downloads, starting at 80K and reaching a high of 131K in the final week of December. Weekly active users saw a notable spike in mid-November, hitting 3.81M, before stabilizing around 2.85M by the year's end.

Lastly, ROMWE - Ultimate Cyber Mall displayed a varied download trend, with numbers ranging from 97K to 111K during the quarter. The app's active users reached just under 1M at the start of the quarter and saw a slight increase to 926K in the last week of December.
