As the year 2020 wound down, the insurance app market on the iOS platform in the United Kingdom saw varying user engagement levels. Sensor Tower's comprehensive analysis offers a clear view of how the top insurance applications fared during the fourth quarter.

Cuvva experienced a fluctuation in downloads beginning with roughly 6K in the last week of September and peaking at about 6K in late October. Weekly active users trended from around 13K to nearly 12K by the end of December.

Hastings Direct Insurance showed a peak in downloads in late October with over 6K downloads, then a decline to around 5K by the year-end. Weekly active users started at approximately 15K and saw a high of around 17K in October, declining to about 16K by December.
