The final quarter of 2020 saw varied performance among the top apparel applications on iOS in Australia. With data provided by Sensor Tower, we can delve into the trends of downloads and weekly active users for these fashion-forward apps.

SHEIN - Shopping Online, despite having no reported revenue, experienced a fluctuating download trend starting with approximately 13K downloads in late September and peaking at nearly 19K in late November. The app's weekly active users increased from 133K to around 156K in the same period, before dipping to roughly 126K by year-end.

H&M - we love fashion also reported no revenue, but downloads took a sharp dive from 23K in mid-October to about 5K by the end of December. The weekly active users showed a less pronounced decrease, from 18K to approximately 23K, indicating a loyal user base despite fewer new downloads.

ASOS - Discover Fashion Online followed a similar pattern with no revenue and a downward trend in downloads, starting at roughly 7K and declining to about 6K by the close of Q4. The app's active users saw an initial increase from 56K to 74K in late November, but this figure also fell to around 52K by the end of December.

Depop | Buy & Sell Clothing showed a more stable download pattern, ranging from 7.5K to 8.3K with minor fluctuations. The app's weekly active users peaked at 110K in late November, then gradually receded to 98K towards the end of the period.

Lastly, JD Sports saw a decrease in downloads from approximately 6.8K to 4.2K. However, weekly active users maintained a level between 18K to 23K, indicating a consistent engagement among its users.
