Q4 2020 Performance of Top Android MMORPGs in the UK

As the year 2020 wrapped up, the MMORPG landscape on Android devices in the United Kingdom saw varying performances among top titles. Sensor Tower provides us with a closer look into how these games fared in the final quarter.

Old School RuneScape from Jagex Games Studio experienced fluctuating revenue, peaking at $16.7K in late December, while downloads saw a spike reaching 1.5K in late November. Weekly active users showed a decline from 12.6K in late September to around 10K by the year's end.

NetEase Games' EVE Echoes also observed variable revenue, with a notable dip to $8.5K in the last week of December. Downloads, however, increased towards the end of the year, hitting 401 in the final week. Active users remained fairly consistent, ending slightly higher at 2.8K in December.

Pearl Abyss's Black Desert Mobile showed a more stable revenue trend with a slight increase to $13.2K in the last week of December. The game's downloads and weekly active users saw significant growth in December, with downloads at 3.7K and active users surpassing 10K.

Forsaken World: Gods&Demons by PERFECT WORLD GAMES (SG) had no revenue to report initially but surged to $20.1K in mid-December. Downloads peaked at 17.8K in mid-November, with active users reaching a high of 19.8K in late November.

Lastly, Jagex Games Studio's RuneScape - Fantasy MMORPG saw revenue growth, culminating at $12.1K in late December. Downloads remained above 1K for most of the quarter, and active users exhibited a slight rise to 7.4K as the quarter closed.
