In the last quarter of 2020, top auto applications on the Android platform exhibited various trends in downloads and active users across the United States. These statistics are based on the data provided by Sensor Tower, where more detailed insights into the app performance can be found.

Android Auto, by Google LLC, showed a decrease in downloads from 46K in the first week of October to 32K by the end of December. Weekly active users also saw a decline, starting at 7.2M in early October and dropping to approximately 5.6M by year-end.

For Exxon Mobil Rewards+, downloads saw a peak in late December with 23K, compared to 9.7K at the start of the quarter. Weekly active users gradually increased, from 31.7K to 41.9K over the same period.

CARFAX - Shop New & Used Cars experienced fluctuating download numbers, with a low of 10.4K in late November and a high of 18K in early October. The app's active users showed a slight decrease from 39.5K to 34.6K throughout the quarter.

The Toyota app's downloads varied, with a notable dip to 9.6K in early November from 20K in mid-October. Weekly active users peaked at 73.6K in late December, up from 57.1K at the start of the quarter.

Lastly, GasBuddy: Find & Pay for Gas saw its downloads remain relatively stable, ranging from 10.1K to 13.8K. Active users experienced a slight decrease, starting at 224K in late September and ending at 212.7K at the close of December.

These figures highlight the dynamic nature of app usage and downloads, reflecting changing consumer behaviors and market trends in the auto application space.
