In the final quarter of 2020, the UK's top apparel applications on the Android platform demonstrated varying trends in downloads and user engagement. Sensor Tower's data provides us with a clear picture of how these apps fared during this period.

SHEIN-Shopping Online showed a consistent download trend in the early weeks of Q4, with figures ranging from approximately 36K to 43K. However, a noticeable dip occurred in December, with the lowest at around 22K. Weekly active users peaked in late November at over 392K but saw a decline towards the end of December to approximately 310K.

JD Sports experienced a significant spike in downloads during November, reaching a high of nearly 60K, before gradually declining to around 39K by the year's end. The app's weekly active users mirrored this pattern, with a peak of over 159K in mid-November, followed by a decrease to roughly 142K by the end of December.

The Nike: Shoes, Apparel & Stories app saw fluctuating download numbers, with an October peak of over 27K, and a low in December at around 10K. Active user trends also reflected a decrease from a high of over 110K in late November to just under 57K by the close of the year.

ASOS downloads varied, with the lowest count at about 9.5K in October and the highest at approximately 23K in late December. Weekly active users for ASOS experienced a rise towards late November at over 183K, before stabilizing around 143K towards the end of December.

Lastly, old.Vinted.co.uk downloads saw a decline from 16K at the start of Q4 to a low of 5.4K in mid-December, before rebounding to over 20K. Active users showed a similar trend with a peak of over 63K in late November and a year-end rebound to approximately 76K.
